I'd like to try roleplay. I'm european though, and I play on the RP EU server Sha'tar. Horde. And I haven't seen one case of roleplay yet.. :p quite sad actually.

@Smetaerc The most RP you will find is in capital cities. On Horde it is SIlvermoon City, the inn to your left once you enter the city, on Alliance it is the Cathedral on busy servers (Argent Dawn for example) or the Pig and WHitle inn in the Old Town district. I myself am on Moonglade, Alliance.

No, RP realms use talk normally, just like someone would in real-life (For example; Would someone come up to you and say "Lol Roflmfao!" or would they just laugh normally?). It's impossible to say :) without it sounding weird. You instead would say I'm happy. Sorry if I sound like an idiot for saying that.

3. There is no way a real Blizz server will be a RP server of any kind.

4. Getting a Job on a Roleplaying server is much harder than just "buying stuff" you have to find them yourself.

Failures:

1. People is not emoteing or talking when they do things.

2. They can't "just" mount up like that

3. Stats and armour is removed from RP items because you only want the look of items, not the stats.

4. AH should not be on a RP server because you have to sell it IC to people.

5. You can't just "lolrun" tho the city cus you want to go there fast, you wouldn't randomly run IRL, so think about it as real world.
