Sadly, usage of the word 'bigot' has become as blurred as the definition of 'racism.' Both are used almost exclusively subjectively now. Ask ten people what racism is, and you'll get ten different subjective answers. You can call it 'bigotry,' but I certainly didn't get the impression that his comments were vitriolic. FCOOL has simply expressed an opinion. He didn't say immigrants were "evil" just that he would have preferred less of them. And he made a point of saying "new" immigrants. Where his own ancestors may be from is absolutely irrelevant. Incidentally, Aboriginals were also immigrants.
