  • Thanks so much! I got one of these, then realized I didn't see any instructions. Thanks.

  • excellent video. thank you!!!

  • thannnnnnnnkkkkkksssssss so much for this video. It is a brandy new world that you showed me!!! hehehehe I got this tool for a little while and I had no idea to use it...Thanks again!!!!! :)

  • Thank you for clarifying how to use this tool. I just started building up my scrapbooking supplies, and I knew Fiskars makes good products, but I was really having trouble learning how to use this one.

  • thanks for this video..it was sooo helpful to me...

  • HOLY COW!!!!! Where have you been???? LOL THANK YOU!!! A THOUSAND times thank you! I have had this silly thing for five years or more and was just about to toss it. This was my last resort. Watched your demonstration and the silly thing works like a charm! WOOHOO! You're a life saver!

  • Thank you for this! I am new to scrapbooking and bought this shape cutter but had no idea how to use it. Great quick tutorial!

  • You know I am not sure if it can cut foam?? I can try but if it does I would say VERY thin foam.

What does cut foam?? Is the Purple Cows Freestyle Mouse but there are no templates for it.

  • hello blueyecicle is that tool can cut fun foam? because i want to cut the fun foam in a different sizes.its hard to use the scissor to cut fun foam one by one..

  • i have a circle template. it is not fiskars. it is staedtler model # 977110 i bought on amazon. it has a bunch of circles and i think it is thinner than a fiskars template. if i use this template with the fiskars shape cutter will it cut well? because it is thin will the cutter cut the template and damage it? i'm cutting a 3/8" diameter circle. does fiskars have a template with a 3/8" diameter circle?

  • And to think I avoided getting this because I thought I would never be able to figure out how to use it....lol Thanks for posting this!!

  • One of the main lessons I learned from this tutorial is about running the blade along the cutting mat first to align the blade. They don't tell you to do that in the instructions I don't think.

  • Thank you so much for posting this! I just bought one of these tools today, tried it, and thought "this thing is CRAP!" LOL. But I figured that I wasn't using it correctly. =P

    Great tutorial!

  • Pinky, add me to the ranks of those who has been able to successfully use their old, dust-gathering Ultra Shape Xpress! Thank you for the fabulous tutorial.

Now, if you could do one for the orange corner rounder I'd be even more grateful and appreciative! I bought one because i loved that it would do two sizes of corners, but I cannot consistently get nicely rounded corners out of the thing! I've nearly tossed it a few times after ruining pretty paper!

  • Awesome! I am so happy it was useful

  • Great tutorial! I just tried mine again before throwing it in the bin. Thanks!

  • Very clear instructions, thanks
