@kujika I actually liked the graphics alot. The battle system was 50/50 for me. I found it unique and kewl, yet, very annoying at the same time (I was bad at it). It was indeed the progression rate and the dungeons that got to me. Dungeons were just so dull to me.

@cybercybex I was thinking of graphical levels of the game engine, so you look at husky express, and take the character graphics and add rpg elements and such.

The art style in husky express matches Mabinogi more than Vindictus (which is about brutal elegance).

Of course, there's also the possibility of a third option, like a whole new art style.

@magepowr1 i have been playing mabinogi since G2 without service, its called learning to not die in dungeons. People relied on nao too much because they could just easily wait for nao to rez them to full power without any noticeable penalties, thus making the game alot easier. To me having that easy rez means there is no risk and therefore no real challenge.
