@rainbowmonkey414 The chunkinest is either from the whipped egg whites or cream. Shouldn't be chunky like that. You can and probably should if you use the recipe, run the mix through a fine sieve to clean up or remove any bit or chunkiness. I know I would!

Why is it lumpy 0_0, theres no flour, so i dont understand how the mix could be full of lumps... Also, for anyone worried the alcohol will neutralise any infection in the eggs the same way lemon or lime acid "cooks" meat to the point where bacteria is killed off.

@ghostofthewind you can leave the alcohol out, or heat it on the stove then leave it to chill so the alcohol evaporates but you still get the flavour of it.

@singerhsm9000 If the chickens are vaccinated and controlled there is little to no risk of salmonella infection, therefore raw eggs are totally fine to consumed provided they are from salmonella free chickens.
