Put you 4GB card into the camera and hit recoded and see if it will go for one hour mark.

I have a 4GB and 8GB cards it will go for one hours then it stop. but you can start it back up to begin recorded again to full the card up. I have find out the record time for those cards is 77 mines for a 4GB card so that is about 1 hour and 17 mines recorded time and 154 mines for a 8GB card so that is about 2 hours and 35 mines recorded time.

all this informing is recorded is at 320x240 at 30 fps.

Hi Matt. I now have 4 4GB cards and 1 8GB card and have similar results. I videoed this using the card that came with the camera. I can't wait until the 16 and 32GB cards come out. Do you have the same camera?

Yes I have the same camera. I love the Canon Power Shout S5IS Because of 12X zoom and is 8 Megapixels . so you can not recorded to the one hour mark.

I have 4 2GB Cards,4 4GB Cards and 1 8GB Card.
