They are better than any vegan or non vegan cookies I've ever had, prob because there's love in them instead of chemicals and crap lol I'm getting a little fat from all the delicious sweets from that book, but its okay because I'm vegan and I can afford a little extra sugar and fat :D

I just about died when I saw this, those cookies look sooo good! I'm not a vegan though I am a vegetarian, when I heard the thing about the ''fish .vs. nuts'' I found it rather funny. :U Not the fact of poor little dead fish of course, but what people think that you can only get a kind of vitamin or something through fish when you can also get it through nuts. x) Also, I love, love, love, your podcasts! ^^

you can get the recipe from her book "The Joy of Vegan Baking" by Colleen Patrick-Goudreau. It's a very nice book. I know because I own it. :) This is just an excerpt.
