Making windows 7 look ugly as sin is not a solution, and it DOES NOT make it faster on modern hardware. Aero actually runs faster due to GPU acceleration, AND it looks better.
Classic theme in windows 7 is an atrocity and should NEVER be pushed onto others as a 'speed tweak'.
