regarding the rev drop at 1:05, out of curiosity, i assumer that this is something to do with the gear ratio? can someone plese explain?

Hi roadhummer, Your right,car was running standard 1275 gt gearbox in 08.try the 09 run to see an improvement with new engine and box.all the best.tony.

nice 1, shame about the massive rev drops between gears, thats the trouble with only having 4 gears. lol

Hi, Mini is lightly modded,metro turbo cylinder head,downdraft Weber,piper cam,standard gearbox and diff.Car is driven on the road to and from events and runs in the road going hillclimb class.Could do with some more speed on the straight's .regards,tony.

standard A+ mini 998box? there's a hell of a rev drop 3-4th for it to be a GT close ratio? or a metro turbo for that matter?

seen it! brilliant! fantastic car. SCCR box definitly the way to go on small CC's. nice driving also, keep up the good work! hope to get my mini on the road again soon :(
