46-55= white knights or ice giants, white knights are good for a few reasons.... they can drop iron bars and if your a mem and have done recruitement drive you can spawn where they are, witch means you never have to leave + theres a nearby bank.

56-70 = cockroach workers, they can drop some cool stuff including a clue scroll (level 1) and a bunch of runes. Cockroach soldiers are good to, you can make 700k from them quick but they hit harder with there ranged attk, a whooping 11!!!

dude this guide fails... im really sorry but it does........ i can give some people some tips...

1-10 = chickens... each body is 160gp.. 28 is 4480 gp.

10-25 = cockroach (normal ones level 8) they have 13 hp and constantly drop uncut gems.

25-35 = Zombies or guards, zombies (level 18-24 in wildy) are right by the volcano and they constantly drop fishfood and other things. Guards are good exp sorta.

35-45 = moss giants They drop good drops... mems = herbs and non mems armour....

Dude, there's a big problem in what you say.

When you are getting to 80 Ranged on the second level of the Stronghold of Security, you say Def level 1 Safe spot and you keep being hit. Also, it's NOT definitly a good spot up to 80. Maybe until 50 but that's the maximum.
