Not taking anything away from Ace. He was a different guitarist from a different era. Bruce was just a much more schooled and refined player. I've been a KISS fan from the beginning (1973, not 1996) and Bruce was by far the better of the four (Ace, Vinnie, Mark and Bruce). Best KISS line-up ever as far as I'm concerned.
