If the somalia people are not willing to take basic steps to help themselves as well as getting their birth rate down to an sustainable level, then aid should be stopped. They don't deserve any. They should simply have the choice between getting their act together - or starve to death. *Aid* serve no other purposes than to prolong these never ending conflicts and famines in that country.
