can therapy can really help my son with CP? he is 1 year old and four months, he cant sit, nor crawl, he's weakness is on hips up to his neck,. how long would it take for him to sit ?

Exactly why I pointed out that this is a GMFCS Level 5 child. Clear idea of a GMFCS level of your cerebral palsy child is a must-have starting point in order to avoid confusion/ "fake" treatments. GMFCS Level 5 child is expected to be @ 90% of max motor development by the age of 2.5, only marginal potential for the next couple of years & deterioration after the age of 5-6. This child was 3yrs old at the start -- so for his GMFCS level there was nothing good to expect from natural development...

@robby7092 CP is the result of damage to the cerebellum, the motor contorl center of the brain. Damage to that part of the body does not repair overtime, as nerons do not regenerate. What poduces the imporvement, is that repeated use foces the brain to rewire itself over time to bypass the damageed area. I should know, I work with children having cp or other special needs for a living.
