hey where is the story about obama uncle freeing ppl in auswitz? maybe olbermann is more worried about sunni/shia gaffe or misinterpreting "100 year war", or the fact, obama has done nothing in name of change, while mccain has the resume of mccain/feingold, mccain/leiberman, mccain/kennedy, first republican senator to call for rumsfeld to retire, first prominent republican to criticize bush's failed policies, and obama has the ethics reform, which he couldnt have done w/o mccain

Go read The Real McCain -- or listen to podcast of the interviews of the author. McSame has voted 100% with Bush this year, and prior to that he was typical, just more vocal: 85% with the party. He has a 0 rating from the League of Conservation Voters -- he misses the environmental votes; and he's flip-flopped on FISA and his own immigration bill. I wanted Edwards but I would take any Democrat over McBush.

well first of all he campaigned the whole year, so majority of the bill present all the major candidates were not voting. So there were very few bills mccain voted this year. and he had a 0 from league of conservation for past 2 years, because of the presidential campaigns and there were very few bills he was present, just like why obama was rated the most liberal senator, which isnt accurate since he has been campaigning for 2 years.

and if u believe he flipped flopped in his immigration bill, he did not. first of all the bill failed even with a democratic majority in both houses of congress. and when that happens you look for what went wrong. and mccain said that they failed bc borders were not secure. and he said he will sign a comprehensive immigration reform, if the borders were certified as secure.Thats just fixing what went wrong with the bill.

i guess if u dont think there is any difference between bush and mccain. Let me list a few. Mccain supports stem cell research bush does not. mccain believes global warming is real and supports cap and trade, while many or all republicans dont and certainly not bush. mccain stood against torture and forced bush to admit it in 2006, mccain wanted a fairer tax code, where it isnt disproportionate to he wealthy in 2001 and 2003, and was the first to call for rumsfeld to resign and critical of war

my point is mccain is very different from bush, thats why republicans went on a rampage when he was gonna be the nominee, tried to shut him down, by making false allegations, tried to promote romney as much as they can, and it didnt work. They even went as a far as to say they will support clinton than mccain, and they are still bitter that mccain is representing their party. I dont have a problem with ppl hating mccain, but many are trying to link him to bush, which is pretty ridiculous.
