The curtain rose to reveal four very static men who, after 3 or 4 minutes were mugged by 4 guys in black who rushed on. We'd been cheering showroom dummies. Where would we be without our sense of humour - Germany.

I was there at the front on the right hand side- with my big Wedge head and my teardrop explodes jacket on - I even managed to touch the calculator when they passed them into the crowd - (have I played with Kraftwerk then?).Happy memories of happy days before the wife the kids the mortgage and baldness - great stuff & thanx
The date is wrong. Kraftwerk were due to perform in Liverpool on May 12th 1981, but because of problem with the video screens (coming from Japan) the tour was postponed for a few weeks. They eventually played Liverpool on 21 June 1981.
