I like this, this is the only thing that really matters. I had some problem telling myself affirmations because as soon as I stopped them, old frustrating beliefs came back. When you start telling yourself the truths of what you are, that you are infinite love, you are not telling yourself affirmations or beliefs for the mind, you are in affect awakening to your true essence.
