So as to prevent the spread of falsity, I suggest people claiming "victory" post a link to the Case number of the winning Judgment in order to end the confusion once and for all. Ms. Stewart deserves more than "credit". She deserves the remuneration for what was stolen. Moral victories are important and should be commended, but monetary victories via a corrupt court system is another matter altogether.
