They are advanced enough for avid players but written well enough for beginners to pick up if they watch his videos closely. when did Naomi Shemer write this song? Forgive me, as I originally do not intend negativity but this song has a very good relevance to how Huddy Ledbetter's Where Did You Sleep Last Night? written in around the 1930s. It's just not as complex and successful as Jerusalem of Gold. Naomi is a very good writer. I should read his life and intentions of this song. Nirvana had also covered Ledbelly's song that sounds like this, by the way.

well, I hear a relevance in the chorus of Jerusalem of Gold. The notes may not be direct, esp. as far as singing but the general layout of the chorus sounds like it. I mean, I know it would be stupid if I said this sounds like Britney Spears but I really mean that it does have some relation to how Where Did You Sleep Last Night sounds. It has that same mellow, passionate sound I hear. It may be Pello's inspiration but I have no doubt Where Did You... shares a certain feeling, though unrelated.
