  • just made some of Tim's seasoning using this show as a guide. Oh my goodness. Its amazing. Cooked some pork steak, tbones and a tri-tip and everyone gave me compliments. Amazing. Thanks Tim!

  • I recorded this when it came out. I think about 3 years ago. This is right before he got cancer. He is alive and well now. Very well indeed!  Great kitchen isn't it? and that pit outside is HUGE!
