Very cool!... Thank you for posting this.... Stanley is another hero of mine. I have an instructional/audience invterview video he did from about '93/'94 and just listening to him talk about how he developed his technique.... you can tell he is a genius. He should be played more on the radio today.... atleast near me.... ;-)

Jeff seems to be sincerely enjoying Stanley's blues licks. I had not expected Stanley to play hard-core blues until I heard him play "Still Got The Blues" on his "Live In NY" album. I got spellbound. It was on a par with Hendrix's blues esp. "Bleeding Heart" which I have been regarding the yardstick for modern blues performances. I really love these guys playing together; there's certainly some good chemistry working between them. I wish they had made a blues album while Jeff was alive.
