  • When will you do the High Elves?

  • Isha and Ariel are hebrew words. Isha means women and Ariel means Lion of GOD.

    I love the woodelves!

  • Do Skavens next time

  • idiots you repeated like half the video.

  • Great work Dave!!!!!

  • One of the most fun to play armies in Warhammer.

  • Do Chaos next time

  • Great vid Mini! More!

  • Could members submit "history" of other games such as LOTR faction of even historical FOW?

  • yesss love this, if you do all the armies it will make me a hot little potato

  • @jordyblakeley98 Warhammer has just get 25 years of life. Read first, speak then please and keep your ignorant brain out from our sight...

  • awesome! keep em comming!

  • I wish they just left the pictures in their normal picture quality.

  • Metalskateboard is a retard warhammer came out way befor yhe lord of the rings books and movies

  • @jordyblakeley98

    not the books lol

  • @jordyblakeley98

The LOTR books were published in the 50's, but written in the 30's and 40's. Warhammer didn't come out until the 80's. I love both.

  • @jordyblakeley98 I assume 98 is when you were born. Go to a library, for the love of god.

  • @BanzaiM50 well when i was born the lotr rings films where being made and stuff well a year or so after, and my dad has collected warhammer for over 15 years. and why the fuck would my age hav anything to do with my intellegence

btw why do i need to go to a fucking library being a warhammer nerd is enough nevermind being a book worm

  • @jordyblakeley98 Good idea, fall back on illiteracy, nice strategy.

  • @jordyblakeley98 ... really you do know that the guy who wrote the lord of the rings books was in World war 1 right? soooo by that logic it would be pretty damn hard for him to right three books after the 80's when he was already dead sooooo is JRR Tolkien magic? can he come back from the dead? becouse if he can ask him how he does it because i always though that once your dead you cant write a book let alone all the ones we wrote. which the lord of the rings was the first i think

  • @hellball5 your right about the fact that he wrote them before warhammer existed but the image of an ork or a dwarf was not really created untill the movies am i right? so what if they did copy of the lotr all that means is gw was inspired by the wonderfull books and thought hey that would be a great idea for a game!and if i wrote the lotr books i would be amazed that it was turned into an awesome game played world wide let alone the fact that the books sold millions of copies worldwide

  • @jordyblakeley98 but warhammer came out before the lord of the rings movies...

  • @hellball5 that is my point in the first place look u obviously dont understand my point so look at my first comment ignoring the books part ok

  • first few seconds of this vid : "the wood elves , who call themselves assray"

    LOLWUT?

  • if you havent gone to mwg.com your missing out this video was out a month ago on it

  • du wunz fer high elfs next

  • DO bretonnia

  • Great video

  • this is awesome as i am just getting into warhammer fantasy and just brought wood elves :D

  • this was interesting.

  • They stole it all from Tolkien.

  • @mahakar11 No. Basics (elves, dwarf stereotypes and orcs(though warhammer orcs are vastly different and only share the name with their lotr counterpart)) yes. If you start learning about the other races and background it starts getting different (as in chaos, the empire, skaven, dark elves ect).

  • @ayemeharty

Notice that the video is abut Wood Elves

  • @mahakar11 Oh so did Tolkien's elves remain in an enchanted forest after a civil war erupted on their island home? Are Tolkien's Silvan led by the living god of the hunt? Same name/=OMG COPY!

  • warhammer is such a copy of lord of the rings

  • @metalskateboarder965 I am a great fan of both (though haven't got myself to reading the silmarillion yet...). There are few similarities, much more difference.

  • @ayemeharty there is so many similarities. The high elves=the elves that lived in valinor

wood elves=decided not to go to valinor and stayed in mirkwood etc the avari

    Orcs and dwarfs

Dark elves=the elves that never saw the light of the two trees in valinor.

If you read the silmarillion you will see all these similarities!

  • @metalskateboarder965 this would mean dark elves are the Lord of the Ring Orcs. Because Orcs are Corrupt Elves

  • @pronoob555 true. But the dark elves wanted to split and have another elven race. However lotr elves were captured and imprisoned by melkor and were corrupted and tortured into the fell race known as the orcs

  • @metalskateboarder965 good lord the simmarillion that book is freaking impossible for me to read i love JJR tolkien but that book was insane lol

  • @hellball5 yeah i know! :D

  • @metalskateboarder965 it makes it even harder that i was trying to read it when i was 10 lol

  • warmachine and hordes history after you finish these please

    thanks! :)

  • The rider at 2:44 is flying? WTF??!!

    Nice video !!

  • Very interesting story. I love how they don't count time like we do.

  • Do the Lizardmen next time.

  • @gibbsy211 I bet comments like this get you laid.
