The rest; Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland(+Labrador), P.E.I, Ontario, Saskatchewan, British Columbia are all 19, including the 3 territories. Secondly, don't hate on gay pride, it's 100% legal across all provinces and territories, unlike in the US. Third, stating that more countries like us, you should consider re-evaluating since some of the Harper Government changes such as our pull from Kyoto. While the legal driving age in most of Canada is 16, it takes us 3 years to receive a license through the graduated licensing program.
