The woman who is sitting behind Clay is Jaymes Foster, David's sister. She is the Executive Producer of A Thousand Different Ways. Clay told Larry King that Jaymes is one of his best friends.
Clay laughed because he was 'in' on Kristy's joke (that she was going to perform horribly)!
As for Jaymes having a baby, whether Clay's or not, there was a pic taken just last Monday on TMZ and Jaymes does NOT look like a woman going into her 8th month. In fact, she looks amazing for someone 'her age'. She is wearing 'skinny jeans' and doesn't even seem to have a normal pot belly or 'middle-aged spread' at all. I am going to wait til I see or hear confirmation from the 'horses'' mouths!!

Looks like Clay was trying to Not look bored. Correction: if you view the video again, Jaymes was the one who was doing a lot of the touching.
