I'm annoyed that I've only just discovered this band on Youtube. Great arrangements and performances. John Barry himself would have been pleased.

I agree with the other comments in relation to the audience - I'd have been whooping after this one!! I think the audience must be either stuffed dummies or totally Deaf.

I love how all of the little nuances of the original Barry recordings are intact. I've always liked the slight dischord on most of his brass lines and it's captured perfectly here.

The languid applause after this piece is insulting. This piece has to be about the ultimate ski theme; skiing, while humming this tune, becomes a race against death, even ona bunny hill. I once had to get down a minor black diamond run at Mont Sainte Anne in Quebec because my wife was in trouble and, eventhough I'm not a solid black D skier, I raced like a demon on skis with the OHMSS theme plowing through my mind ; I don't think that my 180 K2s have

ever moved faster.

I agree with you raiderdan -- people always sleep on Lazenby, but for a guy who had to follow THE James Bond, he did a bang-up job. I wish he had stayed on in the role, people would have appreciated him more later in life. OHMSS has one of the greatest instrumentals of the entire series.

Come on we don't have to discuss that ohmss was one of the most impressivest bond in the whole world!!

The story including Tracy Bond's death ist absolutely important for any other bondfilm made after ohmss,because it gave bond a special sign in his life!!

Lazenby also hsa been offered to do 7 more bond movies,but he didn't take the advantage!!
