Gigante was a Black Brazilian and was a feared warrior who carried a large axe everywhere that he went. Nestor Capoeira--the historian and one of the first legendary red cords of capoeira--researched and recorded part of Gigante's history in his book CAPOEIRA: ROOTS OF THE DANCE FIGHT GAME.

I dislike that the contributions of many legendary Black Brazilians are overlooked or these Black Brazilians are "lightened" to be more acceptable to another populace. This game is pretty good but lacks a functional fighting base.In 2 days I'm uploading real fighting grappling capoeira that shows functional fighting acrobatics and submissions. Yes capoeira has submissions.

i dunno...

i get the realism they were going for, but it has been done before, and the least they could do is spice it up with awesome sound fx, cool graphics for the attacks (a little street fighter 4-ish), and maybe a speed boost so we dont accidentally fall asleep while playing

i'd much rather play virtua fighter 5, ufc undisputed, or even smackdown vs raw 20whatever, and i hardly like those games

Well at least it looks better then Capoeira Legends: Path to Freedom. But they need to make the game faster. And work more on the dodging mechanics and put in a countering system.
