@ MUFCFrankie comparing rugby to gridiron is apples to oranges buddy. I will say this though, the average NFL player is much larger and stronger. It's not uncommon for and offensive or defensive lineman to becnh 500-600 lbs and squat much more. Rugby is played at a quicker pace though, most rugby players have better endurance than offensive/defensive linemen...however the average NFL receiver/running back has a 40 time that puts most rugby players to shame...apples and oranges man.
