@xololt1 you can, and it would be helpful, but it's not absolutely necessary- you can succeed by doing everything the way the instructional video shows.. the practices are not that hard :)
Some say that many of these centers are under the care and supervision of higher entities and that when a person has reached a moral and ehtical maturaty they will help in the development of these centers. I feel like engaging onself and atempting to manipulate these centers is dangerous and poeple should do a lot more research before atempting to do these exercises.
It iseems to me that this system seems to be dangerous. There are many sources that say that these "short cut" methods are harmful and could actually cause regress. I know of a man who decided to meditate full time for approx. 6 months, was successful in releasing the kundalini and shortly thereafter he died. Traditional systems are saying that it takes many years and some will say that it would take many incarnations before you reach these levels.
@starwars15500 the system isn't dangerous as long as the student is patient and takes care not to jump levels previous to when he/she is ready to do so, that's why it is recommended 2 months *minimum* per level
@dino3man my experiences are in the 'spiritual journey' video, been practicing on and off for awhile now, lvl 1, i have experienced enough for convincing proof that it's real
@dino3man the best way to put it- it would delay (not 'hurt' per se, or 'prevent') your progress a bit. You would progress faster the more celibate you manage to be. The point would be to avoid orgasm as this is the time energy is released, so as Rev. Douglas would say, "Put limits on desires"; you don't have to stop entirely but best not to do it all the time either :)
Hey as I was doing the sport practice for level 1, at the end, it felt so wierd like I just leveled up. Even though I have only been doing yb for two and a half weeks. It was the weirdest feeling. Felt dizzy and when It became normal again, it was like something happened inside of me. It was too much power for me to handle. It was absolutely crazy.
@dino3man Thanks for sharing; for each person the manifestations will be a bit different.. sounds like you reached the milestone of opening all the chakra centers and at this point you were on the verge of passing out (briefly), this is common and should happen once after which your system will be better equipped to handle the energy. Think of it as traveling down a path in the jungle- after walking through it once, the path is matted down and easier to travel, so it is with your meridians
love your video ram! i would like you to ask rev. douglas about wheat grain and legumes and the effect on the body! I,ve watch the healing and detoxifying the body video. I know fruits and veggies are best with a little meat. i love wheat and i know it's best avoided but!! is it that bad??!! i wanna know!
@zonzore fruits and veggies, yes, and lean meats, yes- but make sure you separate the two, don't eat them in the same sitting, and separate the fruits- eat berries with berries, melons with melons etc.. don't know about what in particular but if you want to do your health a BIG favor, avoid BREAD of all kinds- they have preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, white processed flour and white sugar
There is one God. Satan tries to serpentine the good (right) and evil (left) off course and train wreck the entire process of divine Love (knowledge between good and evil). But when yang becomes yin and yin becomes yang then all become one. There is only one, that is the Christ. ALL realities are true, but a few realities are lies. The universe is experiencing itself subjectively, but one experiences objectively. A moment of clarity
Another great video Tom, I took some very good points from this one :) can you please tell me what the opening music track was also? I really liked it :)
Hi Rammsteinregeln, is there anything I should do if I miss a day of doing the mantras, or do less than 3 sport sessions a week? Thanks a lot, I really enjoyed and learned a lot from your series, I will be sending you an account of my experiences soon! :)
@DamienISAAC1138 Great! Missing a day isn't disaster, but it's a segway to missing more and then to dropping the practice entirely; skipping a day can lead to skipping 2, then 3 and so on, plus the founder has stated that in order to keep what you have built up, and gradually increase it, it's necessary to do the sport's minimum 3x/wk and the mantrams minimum 5 minutes each/day. It's about *quality* not just quantity, so i'd say the sport's, done INTENSIVELY 2x/wk would probably be enough IMO

Is it recommended to do the Yellow Bamboo practice with a teacher in person (as to make sure the student is doing the techniques right)?

@starwars15500 it's not dangerous as long as the student goes *slow*, remembers not to rush :) That's why i emphasize that a lot in this series

Wondering, if your sex drive gets high and do it, is it a bad thing in terms of yb and would it lower the power I have gained so far?
