Alright there! Have you considered - Supreme Panic Magic (erm, check it on google should be there)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate at very last kissed good bye the panic breakdowns with it.

I've had 2 major panic attacks while driving. Each time, someone had to come and "rescue" me & drive me back home in my car. Can't agree that "while the fear is real, there's nothing terrible that can happen". Panic meant I had to rapidly stop on the inside lane of "A" Roads (this is the UK) where there was no hard shoulder. Couldn't prevent myself constantly braking, which other drivers don't expect. 15mg Valium no help. This phobia really could have fatal consequences. Doubt I'll drive again.

I know of how you feel. There were times of when I forgot of which line was the correct one. I would almost drive on the wrong side of the road, simply because of my anxiety. It has been over 2 years since I have driven a car. I now rely on the city bus for transportation. And it's hard of finding a job because of this issue.

I was in a car accident on my way to my road test and I got t boned badly, van was totalled, and luckily me and my dad were unharmed. but he was an inch close to hospitilization. Ever since then I have had a fear of driving past my local area into high traffic areas.

I developed my anxiety in 2003. To this very day i'm unable to drive a car without fear of having a serious attack.

I was driving with my dad I was 15 and was tboned at an intersection, it was my third drive ever so I was inexperienced and I have been scared ever since.
