Crown victoria is made by Ford which used a single side waffer system however the newer ones are top and bottom and key profiles are harder to mimic, you have to have a very good jiggler key set for the new cars. This is something I am working on : )
New vehicles more often than not will have wafffers on top and bottom making it much harder to jiggle also the profile of these keys are harder to mimic

It wont turn. Works on the older vehicles but doesn't on the brand new ones.

No these are just for automobiles. The ones fore deadbolts did not work out to well would only work on kwik set locks :(

Not sure why there might be a sidebar in the lock which a jiggler can not activate
