@111shotgun Gotta find it in its dungeon first. After that, you can use it at certain land areas just by walking toward the water.

At different points in the game (in dungeons mostly) the old man will ask you if you want more bombs. You have to pay the amount and then he will raise your bomb level.

I remember him, but I just thought that he refills your bombs not increase the total amount!!

Refills your life meter.

Always choose the heart though as it PERMANENTLY increases your life.

It's sort of like an IQ test for gamers.

The idiots don't pick the heart.

You can probably get it on eBay. Or if you have a Wii you can download it off the Wii Shop Channel. Of course you can also download it off the Internet and play it on an NES emulator on your computer.
