ok i hit a problem. When i turn off ICS and bridge i cant connect to xbox live, but if i leave ICS on i can connect but i cant bridge becuase ICS is on. any way i can fix this?

make sure the firewall is on medium and your your "new network" is in the internet zone. you never need the trusted slider. unplug the crossover cable and reconnect it after bridging then test connection in dashboard and post what fails if that doesnt fix it

i push up on my keyboard to standby and down to reconnect them or theyll lag out i play with the keyboard on my lap and the controller right on the keyboard i use my ring finger to hit the keys so i never have to take my hands off the controller and ready for the slightest window of opportunity like when a car is at a stop or someone is dropping a chain off or switching cars or if your getting shot in the back u can at least catch yourself before death and get em with 4 bats to kill them too

you can standby without host its just less effective cuz theres still a game going on. with host your controlling the game. and with just a button you cant select who u want to standby

i just got done sleeping for 8 hours and left my game on with my firewall on high so technically theres an 8 hour standby. most games allow a 3 - 8 second window to disconnect to host and still be able to reconnect, it all depends on the game.
