  • I'm actually doing a Bachelors in health science to be a nutritionist! (in australia) i've always thought a 'glowing' outside must start with a glowing inside.

  • Awesome vid!! I'm gonna be watching my carbs now! :) Thanks for your advice!! :D I love your vids!!

  • love all the info and a advice. Thank you! Would love to see more of these videos :)

  • I have my B.S. in Food, Nutrition, & Dietetics, soon to be an RD in a couple of months....:), You have said this beautifully!

  • Thanks SO much for this. I'm battling multiple autoimmune illnesses & rather than relying on the NHS to 'save' me, I'm looking at good health starting on the inside (as well as any future treatment with traditional medicine). The average person doesn't know what you just told us. I knew too much stodge was bad but didn't know why. I've recently vastly upped my fruit/veg/protein/good fat intake & decreased my carbs. Now I know to do resistance work too. Again, thanks! This could be life changing.

  • Wait are you married? I noticed a ring... Or are people in UK wear it on the opposite hand?

  • thank you for making something very complicated, simple for us who don't have a degree in nutrition.

  • Huge informations. Thank you and if you want tell us again about it.Love!

  • GREAT INFO!! Thank you!!

  • Wow! I didn't know you had a degree in nutrition. As a new subsciber, I've been going through some of your videos and came across this one. I read food labels and stay away from any foods that contain high fructose syrup, hydrogenated oils, etc., however, I crave sugar and anything carbohydrate. What can I say, you've inspired me to do better!! :)

  • You are on the cutting edge of nutrition and health. You are absolutely right that cardio can be damaging to your body as well as aging. Too bad we also jumped on the cardio bandwagon and went overboard on that. The newest research seems to point toward resistance and strength training as superior to cardio. Thank you for your logic adn knowledge, as usual.

  • this is an awesome video ! i am a thin person and i needed something to balance out my body better so i counted carbs adn ate the extra protiens and did resistance training through the gym and i have always been one to walk . i feel fantastic now better than i felt in years and i thiank you from my heart

  • Simple, straight forward and lovely. Should be required viewing for all women over 35!

  • you are simply wonderful

  • get vegan today!

  • you seem like such a nice person. and so not fake. i love it how you re so comfortable in your skin. love your channel.

  • Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. This has changed my life. I watch all of your videos but this one prompted a comment. This video just made it all click. I have been doing mass amounts of cardio, eating low calorie, no more than 10 fat grams per day (I won't continue it just gets worse) and I look beautiful but I suspect I could be much healthier and this cofirmed it. I appreciate you, and this lets me know it's time to make some changes. Thanks again.

  • Wonderful! xx

  • This is the most accurate nutrition video iv watched. I love Diana Schwarzbein's books, they give you a whole new perspective on food.

  • Brilliant :) ty

  • AMAZING---PLEASE DO MORE- Give a take on vitamins. YOUR THE BEST

  • I recently found out in July that I am diabetic, have high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Since then I have lost 40 pounds and have come off my blood pressure medication. I have madea lifestyle change, not a diet. It's been really hard tho to figure out what to eat. I have to look out for so many different things. Could you recommend some good things for me to eat? I'm bumbling and stumbling way through this the best I can.

  • I totally could eat a whole bag of biscuits. I could probably eat a lot of eggs, too, but only if they were in deviled egg form.

  • I thought you were brilliant with the makeup - your level of genius has sky rocketed in my opinion. Please share more nutrition. Share more than just makeup, it is your hour and your fans will listen. Thank you!

  • "I just lift those green dumbbells and i'm HUGEEE!" :p you're the best wayne

  • Fat doesn't make all hormones. Protein makes some of them too :D

  • Very informative! Thanks.

  • Hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it

  • I like this video!

  • you've changed my perspective

  • my brother was eating 2-4 eggs a day and he got urticaria, which meant he didn't go to college, which means he's not going to uni lol moral of the story- don't eat to many eggs...or too much of any foods

  • more nutrition videos!!! amazing video :)

  • post more please. :) very amazing, very detailed :) thank u

  • iv seen alot of your videos your an amazing person!

  • Thanks for an amazing video...simple and clear...I love your videos! Ela from Canada

  • I have a degree in Nutrition and you just squeezed my 4 years of education into a 10 minute video!

  • I THINK I LOVE U......I'LL ALWAYS LISTEN CAREFULLY YOUR ADVICES...ALWAYSSSSSSSSSSSS !!! THANK U FOR EXISTING !!! MIKY FROM ITALY

  • Thank you...makes a lot of sense!

  • This was fantastic! thank you very much, very informative.

Please talk more about nutrition. :)

  • wow! you do it and know it all goss!

  • @GenevieGurley54 Hi there. Are you a Genevieve too?

  • I love ALL you videos, but could you please record more videos on nutrition?

This single video really changed my life, again: thank you!

  • Exercise and eating right is the best beauty treatment. as they say, "the face you have in your '20's is the face you were born with; the face you have in your '40's is the one you deserve." Eat right, get 8 hours of sleep, no smoking, minimal alcohol.

  • Thanks for such an interesting and informative video, very helpful... more on nutrition please :-)

  • Love love love it! ;) I'm also very passionate about nutrition and have been studying it on my own for over 2 decades. ;) Favorite books have been Primal Body Primal Mind (Nora Gedgaudas) and the Metabolic Typing Diet (William Wolcott and Trish Fahey). Much of what you said is also what these books teach. Of all 3 macronutrients, carbs (grains, starches) are needed the least. I consume lots of organic dark green veggies, coconut oil, eggs and grass-fed meat and avoid all soy and grains.

  • I ablsolutely LOVE your views on nutrition...I totally agree, and have been following the Primal Blueprint lifestyle for over a year and have never felt better...it's a meat/vegetable/nuts-based lifestyle with very few refined carbs, no wheat or flour. Never felt or looked better at 43!

  • SO interesting about our bodies not having a mechanism for stopping us from eating too many carbs. It totally makes sense! I'm wowed again!!

  • love this!!!

  • Wayne, I urge you to read "Why We Get Fat and What We Can Do About It" by Gary Taubes. I know that you will, as I did, find it fascinating and informative. Truly.

  • I know this has absolutely nothing to do with the video but you have amazing eye brows.

  • you should make more such videos...what you said totally makes sense for me...

  • i am taking health in college and your 10 min video made WAY more sense then a week in my class. I know you left the training and nutrition field however i think you would make an excellent teacher.

  • You know, this was the best talk I heard about nutrition and dieting. It was so interesting to hear that what really bites is sugar and carbs. I learn a lot, thank you,

  • This is a great video, very informative and accurate. The only thing I would suggest is giving an example of what 125-150 grams of carbohydrate is, like 2 pieces of whole grain toast and a 1/2 cup pasta, for example. Numbers can throw people off, we don't understand grams and kilo calories, food examples make more sense when paired with the numbers. You obviously care about people, and that makes you very endearing, thanks!

  • Great video! This is all the stuff my trainer is telling us to do and you explained it so well.

Please do more of these videos, or even a channel dedicated to it :)

  • I completely agree with everything you said. I am definitely gonna start thinking more likethis.

  • Thank you for letting people know more about nutrition! Though I disagree about butter, I absolutely hate it. I just use olive oil.

  • Fantastic video!!! Would love to hear more on nutrition from you!!! So happy I found this! Not a bore at all!!! :) Very helpful!

  • AMAZING Video!!!

This is an official request for a Nutrition video # 2!

    Please!!! :D

    ♥♥♥♥♥

  • seriously great video!!!!! people this is now breakthrough in nutrition, this is just how we sohould be eating! give it a go for just one week and see how you feel.

  • gosh, i learn sooo much from you! makeup and all! <3

  • I'd love to hear more about this! Especially what types of food you recommend :)

  • Really informative. thanks!

  • Amazing! Very informative and straight to the point. I have leaned very important information! Thank you so much for posting. I would love to hear more about nutrition and exercise!!!!!

  • Not to mention people often don't know just how many carbs they consume. It's not only the grain either and serving sizes are crap. 1 cup of like, cheerios with half a cup of skim milk is 36, add a raw apple, then you have 61, Add an ounce of almonds for 66, and then two slices of whole wheat bread for a sandwich? that makes it 100 already.

  • I wanna give you a giant hug for this T_T you aren't a fat-phobe and you know too many carbs are bad. Not to mention carbs make me hungrier.. And strength over aerobics too?! I love you! O:

  • You did well in addressing fats as an essential. So many people are fat-phobic and they shouldn't be as long as it is not hydrogenated or trans fat, which are unnatural.

Also, I'd never heard about aerobic exercise breaking you down and resistance exercise building your body up, even after numerous biology & biochem classes, thanks for noting it.

A yahoo article recently that said that overly jogging results in saggy faces for women, I guess now I know why, all that tissue break down action.

  • Brilliant lecture and a difficult topic superbly explained! Wayne, you're a born educator.

QUESTION: I'm going to start counting my carbs today as per your recommendation. Where do those confusing "net carbs" come in when totalling my carb content?

  • is it ok if we have white bread as long as we're staying within 100g carbs per day? i'm trying to lose weight as i have insulin resistance, and i have related fertility issues. i really would appreciate your advice...thanks.

  • Thank you so much for doing this (and all!) of your videos. This was really wonderful to hear. I am a dancer, and nutiriton, weight, body image, are constantly on my mind. I'm dancing in college right now, and I just want to be healthy. I loved what you said about being healthy to lose weight. That's very different from lots of advice given to me in the past. Thank you for sharing your experience and wisdom with us!

  • I adore watching all of your videos. You are able to explain everything in such a clear and concise manner while still letting your personality shine. I truly want to thank you for putting forth the time and effort to make all of these wonderful videos. Best wishes!

  • That was great! Learned a great deal and now thinking differently... just made a lot of sense... You're make-up vids are great but I'd love to hear more about nutrition and maybe more indepth like benefits of veggies and what sort of routines are good for balanced training vs. breakdown of muscles... things like that. Thanks again!

  • you are very refreshng

  • what about sour cream?

  • i want to go to school to learn about nutrition and fitness, so thanks for this wayne!

  • Also, I'm not sure if you've heard of the paleo diet/lifestyle, but I think you'd agree with the philosophy behind it.

  • I'd love to hear your thoughts on politics and religion. I'm very much intrigued.

  • I think this is really sensible. I do 20mins cardio plus strength training 3 times a week and eat plenty of protein and try to cut back on the rubbishy carbs and get my carbs from veg, it's working well.

  • Thanks for sharing your knowledge on this. I'd love to see more as it makes perfect sense.

  • I LOVE how you've taken this at a 'health and well being' angle rather than "get skinny and look sexy QUICKLY" angle, its was very refreshing and clear. You've really informed me and I would love to hear more about your thoughts on nutrition. Thankyou :)

  • This was a great video. I would listen to you anytime.

  • Thank you so much for this video.

  • Could you do a video on how to loose arm flaps??? And belly fat?

  • Thank you so much for this. I think you are a really intelligent person and you say it like it is, which is refreshing. I have a question regarding protein. I was on an eating plan with my gym , (I was exercising regularly) where I ate 16 to18oz of protein per day (some with every meal). I feel like this is a lot, as I have read other programs that use less ( not necessarily protein with every meal). I was wondering what your take on protein amounts are?

  • I take 1-2 tablespoons of cold pressed unrefined organic coconut oil, this is my beginning of the day. Gary Taubes is magnificent journalist, speaker and author. I have been living a low carb lifestyle, I feel 10 time better than I did 20 years ago, I adjusted my carb intake and I do have to eat lower carbs for weightloss and sugar is not a part of my life, I eat the good fats. Thanks so much for this update, please continue more, I really feel people are in the dark about fats.

  • Wayne, this is so interesting: I would love you to make more nutrition and fitness related videos. Don't get me wrong: I adore your makeup videos, but these videos you are making on these two more subjects are so interesting that I'd just love you to make more of them.

  • you're grat

  • Thnx for information you are sweet

  • what the hell i typed in "runescape" and found this

  • This was a great video! I really enjoyed it, and it was not boring at all. I have been on a "diet" (more accurately described as a lifestyle change) similar to what you spoke about for the past 5 months and would love to hear more about what you have to say on this topic. PLEASE do more of these videos in addition to the wonderful cosmetic/makeup related ones!!

  • U r a blessing? I've researched the more prominent diets, atkins, low fat, and low calorie. I am now going to monitor my carb intake to 125-150, I did get excellent results on atkins, but ur right! 20-40 grams of carbs is not a realistic lifestyle. Knowing u got off track really encourages me! I recently for the past 2 yrs have been off track n haves gained 50lbs. I'm back on now! Wish me luck!

  • What is your take on multivitamins?

  • You should talk about nutrition more often! You didn't bore me at all, it was informative and interesting. I learned things I hadn't known before, thank you

  • You would probably like the new South Beach diet book, states everything you have! I have had great results with p90x and the south beach diet because I didn't understand that for every lb of muscle you put on you burn an extra 50-70 calories. I have tried the low cal diets and they mess up my metabolism so much that when I stopped the weight came right back on. Also, complex carbs vs simple carbs, huge difference in mood & weight control with fiber! Staying away from artificial sweetners too!

  • i believe that coconut oil is very good and healthy, i use it also to bake, i don't know why they keep telling it is healthy to bake in olive oil, because it is not, this oil is not stable enough to bake. Trans fatty acids i.m.o. are the killers if you eat saturated fat from a healthy animal and ofcourse not to much then you do not have to worry, trans fatty acids (for example in fried food if it is not fried properly) are really bad for our health

  • heyy goss love love love ur videos on nutrition can u please tell me where u did your course on nutrition from??and what places would you recommend in london where you can do short courses in nutrition???do you require any special background to do these courses like science?

  • Goods advices..I lost kilos eating low glycaemia food. What do you think of it? Kiss

  • Did you go to school for nutrition and exercise? I'm a Nutrition student right now and am graduating next year!!! You did a good job at putting nutrition which is very complicated into simple terms which is tough to do. thanks for the video

  • @as1S0Yyo He mentioned in the very beginning that he had training in nutrition and exercise.

  • @leftyla Ya I know that, I just meant what type of training. I was wondering if it was in a formal classroom, university setting, or if he has a degree, or if it was just from him being a PT? Because he explained things very well, but also because I know the amount of Carbs that he talks about is not the amount they teach you in school or what the American Dietetic Association says is healthy for brain function. I wanted to know where he learned or got his info/opinions.

  • I have a question about carbs.

Say you ate 200g of carbs but it all came from fruit, would the body still store it as fat if the fuel wasn't used??? Or does it only store it as fat if it comes from bread, pasta, etc...

  • @ShopaholicWithNoCash Yes carbs are carbs it doesn't matter where they come they are all made from Hydrogen, Oxygen, and Carbons. 500 g of carbs always equals 2000 Calories (1 g of carbs = 4 Calories) no matter where they come from and if you don't burn 2000 kcals you are going to store it.

  • @ShopaholicWithNoCash hi there.. all excess carbs (sugars) will be stored as fats, regardless of where it comes from.

basically all complex carbs will be broken down to just three types of sugars: glucose, fructose & galactose. fructose mostly comes from fruits and in fact there are studies claiming that fructose form fats faster than the other two kinds of simple sugars.

you can indeed get fat eating just fruits. =)

  • Brilliant Video - provides some really useful insight, would love to see more... Kelly :)

  • sorry this might be a stupid thing to ask but when you talk about carbohydrate grams how would I work that out?

  • i absolutely ADORE you videos and these kinds are my favorites :D wow ! amazing!

hey i was wondering and i HOPE you don't take this the wrong way and if you don't want to answer that's totally fine but i just really wanna know.. i LOVE your accent and i think your really cute, and the background photo on your channel is amazing :D

are you straight or gay? :)

  • you are a dead ringer of my brother in law lol

  • There`s some great advice in this video! I havent ever thought about how carduvascular training breaks us down, but it makes so much sense! So better not overdo it.

  • Thank you so much for this video. I've had an eating disorder for ages now, and before that I just had disordered eating- I've never known anything about nutrition at all. And I don't have the money for treatment, so I'm just trying to figure it out on my own. I never knew any of this. Truly appreciated.

  • This was so informative and you made it easy to understand, thanks!

  • This reminds me of the paleolithic diet or caveman diet . I agree with you. I am eating fish every day for the omega 3. I am not allowed to take supplements because of the medication I'm taking. I do take a small children's vitamin dose. I am not eating a lot of grains right now. It was my personal choice. Carbs and too much omega 6 in the diet leads to inflammation.

  • OMG wayne i need to lose my belly fat am 22 and i eat junk once in a while so what do suggest to lose it ,, gym ? diet ?

  • @laraangelina yaa he looks somrthing between becham and jude law :P

  • Excellent video and I think those carb amounts are great for someone without metabolic resistance. I think you've helped a lot of people.

  • I never comment but am compelled to today as that information was put in the most simplest and understandable way I have ever heard. Thank you so much. So glad I watched that has helped a lot. x

  • Yay I love you.

  • Wow I am very impressed! The info was delivered spot on in a very concise way. I couldn't agree more with what you've said here. I really hope you make another video on this topic, because as a nutrition enthusiast I felt you were extremely knowledgeable. Maybe you could talk about the important of choosing nutrient dense carbohydrates if you do another video, because I personally feel that is something equally as important as the message you delivered here. Absolutely brilliant video!

  • I find your advise to be reasonable and I agree. I would like to hear some specific foods that you would advise people to add to their diet..."super foods" I am into the dark leafy greens and wheat grass shots and such, but am interested in what you would say.

  • what do you think of Proteine diet, ot Weight Watchers bases.. i mean some say we can eat loth fruits and onthrs say no dont eat more then 5 per day... thanksss

  • Whats ur opinion on intermittent fasting?

  • very helpful!!! :D Thank you!

  • wow thanks this video is great. loads of things i didnt know, thanks for clearing them up!

  • Thank you for the insight on nutrition. I needed to hear this because I just started a new eating regimen Monday. Isn't it true you can go overboard with drinking too much water? Just curious.

  • awesome explanation on those 3 food groups! it makes sense that way ^_^ definitely going to stop counting calories and watching my carbs. THANKS!!

  • thanks i need this!!!!

  • Hi, which type of butter do you eat?

  • This is a wonderful way of explaining metabolic processes, nutrition, etc...Thanks! you make it so simple!!!!

  • I just switched to the Paleo Diet for health reasons and my skin has completely cleared up! I highly recommend it. I feel great. Basically it is vegetables, fruit, and meat, that's it. No sugar, no refined stuff, no grains, no dairy (but I do eat dairy once in awhile). Just my $0.02. You provide good information here -- thanks for sharing your knowledge!!

  • Never thought about nutrition that way & weight loss. Thanks for a great video! Something to think about as I work to lose weight.

  • I was wondering if you have any knowledge on smoking and the process of breaking down, or aging as you talked about in this video. If so I'd be interested to learn more about it and just how bad it is for us and how it affects our physiology. Likewise, as you suggested weight training to offset negative effects from cardio, any suggestions to offset negative effects of smoking.

  • Very very educational. It's knowledge I think most people know, but you have a wayu of saying it that makes me really understand ad want to follow it. THANK YOU! :o)

  • For some reason.. I can't describe it-- but I think I'm in love with your fingers. I love the way you talk with your hands. *swoon* :-)

  • Thank you for your candid thoughts, Wayne. I agree with most of what you said. Do remember that carbs are very important for optimum brain function, so some folks may need more than you are recommending. As a Pilates practitioner and instructor, I cannot stress enough the positive outcome from resistance training. Matwork is all about you vs gravity, and the equipment gives even more weight resistance options. Good video. ;{}

  • Wow, I clicked on this expecting it to be about vitamins, then I saw the word 'fat' and I prepared myself to be annoyed, but I was suprised ur not sticking with conventional wisdom on this. Refreshing. I keep my carbs lower than yours though; I find mood swings and cravings to be an issue if I have too much fruit / milk products.

  • WOOW....very informative....can u recommend ant easy reading books on the subject...;0)

  • thank you for this wayne! you are an excellent teacher - I learned a lot from this video!

  • thank you for sharing your knowledge. you explained really well. i loved doing my nutrition and health degree its so important to all! how about talking about nutrition for the skin? x

  • I think your totally right. I'm an alaskan native, and when ever I'm at my healthiest is when I'm back in my home village eating the traditional fresh caught/picked foods. I found that low calorie alone does not help with weight issues too. its more of how many carbs I'm intaking rather than calories. I'm not really an over eater calorie wise but when I'm out of Alaska, I tend to eat a lot more carbs. could please do more nutrition and fitness videos?

  • This has to be one of the best video's i have seen on here.

Its simple straight to the point and makes sense to me and im sure to a lot of other people.

Please can you post more video's like this .

    This channel rocks

    Thanks xx

  • This is such an amazing video. I became insulin resistant and gained 25 lbs from a medication I was taking, and changing my diet to avoiding all the processed crap and sugar last year has changed my life. I not only lost the weight, the insulin resistance is gone but i FEEL overall just better. My skin is clearer etc. Fabulous video!

  • ty!!! this is such a wonderful info....please do more of this type of video..we need to be educated wisely...

  • I believe in Mediterranean Diet...I'm italian;)))

  • Wow Wayne..i'm realy impressed.

    I'll follow you're diet asap...looks great!!

Thank you for sharing you're amazing knowledge about food.

    Big 5 stars & a big hug!! xoxox :))

  • good as always.:)

  • Love this video! I had no idea you had a background in nutrition & exercise. I also talk about a lot of these same topics in my videos. Have fav'd!

    Besos from Spain

    Liz

  • Hoorah - someone that speaks sense at last!!! I 100% agree, and not only on general health but also on skin, hair and nails - I really did get sick of people telling me that sugar or refined foods had no effect on my skin or my mood or my energy levels.

I can still eat a packet of jaffa cakes no problem if I get nywhere near them hehe!!

  • i see the ring on your finger, are u married? if you are she is one luuuucky girl

  • <3 <3 <3

  • I'm a complete carb addict-I just can't help myself I actually crave it! I find especially over the winter period when I want to almost hibernate and eat stodge! Great video!!

  • Thank you sooo much!

  • Wayne. I live in Korea and I was in London last week. I hoped to see you on streets in central London. Well, next time!

  • thank you so much for posting this video . i will admit that i am a calorie-counter and it is making me sick in just so many ways . what you have said has inspired me to have a healthier diet and to not worry so much about what i'm eating . thank you once again .

  • Couldn't agree with you more. I don't always agree with the advice given by people in videos because its not scientifically sound advice. Everything you said was great and so easy to understand. Love your videos.

  • cont' It has really helped with her allergies, and is supposedly great for so many things, some of which include creating glowing skin and cleansing the liver. What are your thoughts regarding the acidic vs alkaline debate?

  • Hi Goss ;-) I totally agree with you regarding sugar. In Chinese medicine they say that sugar lowers one's immune system, and for some time I've been reading about studies in the U.S., regarding the body being better able to fight off disease if it's in an alkaline state. Also, very recently I've been taking (and also adding a drop of it to my cat's water) a tsp. of Bragg, Unfiltered Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, to help with keeping our bodies in an alkaline state.

  • Hi Goss =) I love to hear you. I am italian and I am also improving my English by listening to you. Go on with your "talk show" ^^ LOL

  • This was so brilliant and informative. I really appreciate this video. I'd give 6 stars if I could. :) You should do a series just on Nutrition & Fitness.

  • Wayne Finally some sensible, moderate advice about nutrition. I knew all these faddy, extreme low fat, high protein, high carb, low protein, low carb stuff was a complete load of rubbish and unnatural. Great stuff, thanks for sharing your knowledge! Madame R

  • butter is the biggest contributor to coronary heart disease.

  • Oops, I meant "mass." ;-) right back at you.

  • i like the way you explain it. makes a lot of sense. :D

love the tip about cardio exercise versus weight training, i think most pple dont know about it, so its really great that you're getting the info out.

thanks for making a difference! <3

  • Love your videos, and I agree with much of what you're saying, but I also think it's important to purchase organic butter. In the U.S. there is so much that is bad for you in regular butter. Our cows are fed hormones and mas amounts of antibiotics etc. If one is going to eat any dairy products, they should make sure it reads "organic" on the label. BTW, when a label reads "natural" it means nothing. It's a sales ploy... ;-)

  • Everything your say makes so much sense. Thank you for your input. I take your advice to heart and appreciate everything you do and say.

  • great video! Thanks!

  • Really good video! I used to have anorexia and I always open my mind to new health regimes. You have a great outlook. Respect!

  • this video was so helpful, thank you!

  • i have a question:all these people wandering around with huge pecs, ripped abs and stuff, what do they do?dope themselves?Or is there a natural way to do that?

    thanks

  • I just found your channel and you are, BY FAR, one of the most informative people on Youtube. Thank you for taking the time to really talk, explain and give us your opinions on the good, the bad and the ugly.

I appreciate your channel and look forward to learning so much more from you.
