To all the people getting all offended about accusations of racism. News Flash: It's justified. Before ANYONE even thinks about defending Charles Stuart learn about this case first. He SHOT his wife in the head, then himself in the stomach and framed it on an imaginary black guy. Why? Because he wanted his wife's insurance money, didn't want to be a father so killed off his wife and unborn son, and was already getting ready to cheat on his wife with some intern.

And then to make it worse HE KILLED his own son after killing his wife. The son had to be saved via a C section 2 months early and was on life support. What did Charles do? Gleefully TOOK his baby son off of life support because A.) He never wanted the kid in the first place. B.) Had hoped that the baby would have died along with his wife after he shot/killed her. Then to top it all off committed suicide like a coward after people found out he did all of this. The man is absolute SCUM.

Born and raised in Boston. I'm African American. I went to school in the suburbs all my life and I can tell you that from a young age my white friends were very prejudice and ignorant. Did that mean I liked them less...no, but I was aware of their blatant ignorance about places like Roxbury (where I live). Listen to the officer @ 2:00 talk about how impressed he was with detail of the "information ". Imagine what Mr Stuart was thinking I have him fooled he's going to buy my hoax .This man must have marveled at himself as he composed that poem and gave the police descriptions of the suspect .

@Phil0267 Matthew Stuart was definitely involved. He drove up to the car that night (pre-arranged) and Chuck handed him Carol's purse with some jewelery and the gun inside. He then disposed of the bag in the Pine Street River. He always claimed he thought it was an insurance scam only and did not see Carol shot. He turned Chuck in 2 months later in exchange for immunity. Chuck wanted to open a restaurant in Boston and felt that a baby would prevent him from achieving this dream.
