I just ordered this exact pedal exerciser. Really glad to have found a video of it in action. After reading reviews of this sort of equipment I was starting to think I had made a mistake... but obviously you didn't have a problem using it, so I have hope!

To increase intensity of the pedal exerciser, one should sit at the edge of their seat.
