As an American, I've never understood why Oasis wasn't much, much bigger here...

maybe it's because we're so close minded and have such an America-Is-

The-Greatest mentality that we don't open ourselves up to British music. Whatever the reason, it's sad, because Oasis is, in my opinion,

the greatest band since the Beatles. Well, Oasis and The Libertines, can't pick just one! No one here knows who The Libertines are either...pathetic.
