I hope actresses command higher rates than actors in India. As far as I can see, Indian actresses have far greater universal appeal. They look and dance far better than Indian actors. As for acting skills, frankly, who cares? We don't understand Hindi outside of India, but anyone can recognise a fine dancer when they see one, regardless of their nationality or ethnicity.
