  • I have made two of these for friends and love them. I had to go on ebay to find the Tim Holtz doily die, but it was worth it because that makes the whole mini.

  • I loved this mini the moment it came into view on the screen. I tried it out and it was easy as you promised. Thanks for sharing this method. Even a novice like me was able to pull it off. Also, where did you purchase the doilie alteration die? I have looked at michaels, joanns, and even the tim holtz web page without success.

  • @proudmommy702 I bought my Tim Holtz doily die on ebay, I couldn't find it anywhere else either, but it makes the whole album!

  • Thank you! I've done two and one of them is for my sister's adoption which was final this week. I love the binding and that it gives so much space for thickness. I even made tubes out of large paper when I ran out of big envelopes. The possibilities are endless. Thank you again!

I am planning on using it to make a wedding gift for a friend this month, but need to know...is the chipboard cover all one piece still connected, or do you cover it as 3 individual pieces? I don't want to give anything away on an upcoming video you might have in store...but...I also want to get this project underway.   • A dislike?!!! A r e. Y o u. K I d d I n g M e. .!!! I don't understand why you haven't publiShed several books on mini album construction, because you have revolutionized the idea. Paper engineer is the right title for you, as an earlier commenter noted. If you did publish a mini album book, it would be just like Stacy julians photo freedom, revolutionary and timeless in the industry!

  • Great binding idea, LOVE IT!! This idea will be just perfect for a simple little album for a Christmas giveaway I wanted to make for my best friend and her two daughters. The envelopes make for easy pockets, and are big enough for a substantial size pic. I always look forward to your "Days of Christmas" videos Laura. Such talent and ingenuity!! TFS.
