I am looking to upgrade my PC so I can get FS2004 or FSX. I want to be able to get a sim that has the 747 Classic as well as the 747-400. Sometimes I flight-spot at Atlantic City International Airport. Lots of military aircraft there because it's an Air National Guard facility too(177th Fighter Interceptor Group)
I think you are saying this because of the fsx beautiful scenery.By buying add-on, you can make your fs2004 better than a fsX.I think fsX is not so bad,but it's still shit.16GB !
Flight requirements are a total of 1500 hours of flight time including: 250 of pilot in command, 500 cross country, 100 night flight, and 75 hours of instrument.
Guys i know a few people on the 744 in their 20's i know one chap who was 27 when he got his command on it... oh and only the states you have to be 23... the rest of the world it is 21 for a full ATPL
You don't have to have an ATP to fly as a first officer. Minimum flight times at the regional airlines are way down in the US due to the pilot shortage. Around 300 to 600 hours at some. All the required licenses cost about $65,000.
wow, its down to 600, when i applied it was 1000 minimum and no exceptions. and you dont have to have an ATP to fly as first officer only as captain. are you talkin 65,000 just for the airline spot or all together. cause i dont think i got near 65,000 all together, but i did get discounts for some of my stuff though.
Mesa has been hiring at 250 for several months because so many people quit that crappy company. I don't know if there are different government requirements elsewhere- I only know the US. $65,000 or so gets you Private, Instrument, Commercial Single & Multi, Single engine Flight Instructor.
If you fly somewhere with 20 year old airplanes it can be cheaper. This price is typical in major US cities. Some midwest or Texas flightschool will be cheaper.
i got my private instrument and single/ multi for what you can call and employe discount. but your right it is all expensive. the planes i flew were also realatively new planes. and mesa really was hiring with 250 hours, i couldve applied when i got my comercial slip.

22 sec Auto pilot dissengage. 30 sec Auto throttle dissengage
TommyFO 5 years ago
that is correct. 22 seconds = A/P disengage. 30 seconds is the A/T disengage
X6insane6X 5 years ago
If you mean them at like 32 seconds and at 39 seconds I think they are first the gear down sound and second the A/P dissengage sound.
