  • wow, interesting. I thought thymus is only functioning during youth to produce immunity.

  • thank you

  • The thymus is also related to the smile !

  • ya very good vdo it is.

  • Cool, thanks, sounds good; I'll give it a go! And great music at the start too!

    Cheers.

  • I knew about this a long time ago and forgot about it! Didn't know you could do it for stress/heart, that you should do it for 1 minute? I only knew it that if you were fighting something to tap it. Or if you were in a room that had someone sick, to tap it to prevent you from getting it. If you ARE fighting something the THYMUS WILL BE VERY SORE!!!!

Oh EFT and BODYTALK is cool too!! NEver heard of holographic patterning...will have to look that up???

  • Oh my god we must have spoken with the same Peruvian Shaman, because I learned this same technique to cure my acute myelogenous leukemia. Well, maybe I learned it from an African Witchdoctor, I can't remember. Point is, it's exotic and mystical, so it MUST work!

  • sihackett29... what a jackass jerk you are.

  • Ill get a CBC and then start the thumping 1 minute 3 times a day for a month. Then Ill get a new CBC and check wbc. Being a healthy adult I dont think Id like to get my immune system stimulated without an actual agression. Thats what happens with allergies. So if I overstimulate will I get an allleric response or anaphylactic shock?! OMG!!! Or, is this not related?

  • I think its possible that as we age, our thymus gland roughly becomes an adipose tissue.

  • i read in a book that pressing the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth also stimulates the thymus gland and that it is good to do this while you tap.

  • Yes that is true also! Its in a book called YOUR BODY DOESN'T LIE by DR John Daimond!

  • thanks for sharing, this is great stuff.

  • It doesn't come from Chinese medicine, nor does it come from things like EFT or 'Body Talk' (whatever that is).

Things like EFT and 'Energy Medicine' stem from and developed out of Applied Kinesiology and other health Kinesiologies (various names) and Biokinesiology.

The Thymus Thump can be traced back to those.

  • i agree great techique and it works thanks

  • thanks, you have a nice calmness about you. I immediately listened as soon as you spoke. Thanks for a good video.

  • Good stuff!

  • great vidsgread vids, when is hijacking humanity coming out?!?!? :)

  • Hare Krishna Craig,

i've heard that the most effective way to tap the thymus is like the rythem of the heart:

thump thump pause, thump thump pause.

Have you heard that there is more benefit to either method?

  • thats eft

  • Craig: Thanks for sharing.

    oneparadise

  • Hi Craig! Thank you do much for this! :-) It's fab! I've been doing it for a while now (along with a lot of EFT) and it's really effective! :-) Preeti :-)

  • Nice,

A great way to connect as well is meditation, not sure if you have started to meditate, but consider the meditation in conjuction with this system..

    Cheers,

    Rod
