  • Ive seen alot of Polish lifters do this in their training videos before going into a full clean. However, alot of lifters don't fully extend the knees "hip drive" or whatever on the 1st pull , thus they do not double knee bend since they are already in the power position. Could you elborate on this? May it be to do with limb lengths etc?

  • During the vid., I screwed up, and when it was edited, I forgot to show a couple of bad set positions. One would have been, hips higher, shoulder mass out in front of the bar, arms angled back. That is simply wrong. Sorry, my screw up.
