Ahh this game. So wonderful, so epic, so frustrating, so long, SO WORTH IT.
I personally enjoyed this one better than SMTII but that's because this one is so realistic. It happens in a (90's) modern Japan and feels much more real and epic lolz. I loved both games though ^______^ the ending to the 2nd one blew me away O_o
I never played the original MegaTen, but this music is just damned awesome. It conveys so much brooding personality. I don't think this could have been made any better with modern equipment, its just perfect the way it is.
I bet i can find 10 remixes of this song quite easy xD SMT have some really popular themes that are far better than the themes of other game music and themes such as "one wing angel" from final fantasy. Ill listen to SMT songs over that song anyday
@Gamewitzer Not true!!! One Winged Angel is totally overrated, you never hear about "Birth of a God" which I find much more epic. Final Fantasy VII itself is a wonderful game that was well planned and beautifully told. Lost Odyssey is the only other game that made me feel like that while I was playing. I totally agree though, the present Square-Enix exploited FFVII too much and now it is overrated with all the crap they feed off of now, they don't hold true to the original game at all

@IdeonFukkatsu Yea, you're right. I just opened up the game and ran through all of the opening stuff to see what you were talking about. After you finish the lab and use the terminal to get to Shibuya, you can hear this track in one small section before you go underground.
@SuttaBro Responding to myself...never mind, I was mistaken. I was confusing Shinjuku and Shibuya and no the track doesn't play @ Shinjuku, but Ideon is correct it does play in Shibuya (where you use Psychodiver to save the heroine from Arachne) which is a few hours before Ginza story-wise.
You know, it's weird, but the longer I play Nocturne, the more I remember this game having better music. Loved Pascal's Theme, too.

Ever played the old Might & Magic, Wizardy or Eye of the Beholder Games? Its pretty much the same, except with SciFi elements and demons and stuff.
