The British Invasion Final Show at Epcot 4/30/11 Walt Disney World

I heard the new band last week. They are OK but not the same as the Invasion. I guess Disney decided it was time for something new. Some times they get it wrong. They did this time. Some things need to remain the same.

@w2gdj yeah i heard them too!!!!!they were pretty good!!!but i didn't know about epcot having a rock oriented store!!!! i've being in disney before, but only last time i went to epcot, and i was surprised to hear a very good band play nice rock!!!

saw them in april too, i had no idea it was one of their last! i loved them! who replaced them? also i love that they each dressed to a different era of the beatles

Miss these guys so much. I hate the band that replaced them. Wish I had been able to make it to this concert to see them one last time.

Always an excellent show- always topped by for at least 2 sets each trip. A lot of times however the crowd very sparse- and I never knew why. I wish them well -

Now only if YouTube could get as beautiful a vid for Scot Bruce who frequently makes stops by Disneyland (in Anaheim) to do an absolutely stunning tribute to Elvis Presley. I have planned viits with friends to Disneyland just so they have a chance to see this amazing performer. He does a weekend gig on the Tomorrowland Terrace Stage every couple of months (on average). I love music from the era of Elvis and The Beatles and wish we here in Cali had a Beatlkes group at Disneyland as well.

Its awesome to see such a large crowd!! Wish I could have been there. The British Invasion actually got me interested in the Beatles to start with!!!!  Heres hoping the new band will be just as amazing and well loved!!!

I'm actually glad that someone new is coming in. The new band will play more of a variety such as Led Lepplin, The Who, and some Beatles as well.

Disney made a big mistake canceling this show. These guys were great

@metscool - Disney didn't cancel them. They gave their notice that they would be ending their contract. They will be playing elsewhere now.
