I go by what was said, Obama said we do not want to go to war, but they were going in anyway because of UN Resolution, so he took the initiative, took out the installations specified and withdrew US troops. After that NATO with the backing of the other powers did all the rest. As I say, who went in after to declare victory? NATO is Ban Ki Moon in Europe, no? I see that you have made up your mind and no amount of discussion will change your mind. I really feel sorry for the people of Libya.

@phard2345 Ban Ki Moon is Secretary general in UN and Anders Fogh Rasmussen in nato but USA are controlling nato and un its a North American Treaty Organization not a North European Treaty Organization . They were designed to defend against a Soviet Invasion and USA is leading them , but now they are attacking Libya. Soviet Union had the condition to give a Veto and they used it many times against designed massacres but now Russia is a US-puppet state and nobody is safe anymore.
