This is so true, when I was an Ops Agent in FLL, we had shared a concourse with AmericaWest and a few times a week they'd call the cops and have them set up around the gate area, then make this announcement: "Ladies and gentlemen, we're sorry to announce that our 767 was replaced by a 737 which has 30 less seats, therefore 30 of you will not be going to Las Vegas tonight." and the Pax would erupt with anger! Sux to be them.
