U use professional software for that, which is made for remixing.

FL studio, Cubase, Ableton etc, are some examples of producing programs

Alto u can use virtualdj to make a Live mashup, but this is mostly done with an controller linked to it ( Like a dj tool acapella + instrumental ).

But dont worry, i started this way aswell. :)
