James Cameron does not create a sequel without a reason.Other studios had already shot one more movie to make the maximum profit out of it. But that is not Cameron´s style and that is why he (besides Terminator 2) never shot a sequel to one of his movies. I trusted him that he would have pulled it of to bring Avatar 2 to the big screen in 2013 but now I am even more exited about it. He is a genius filmmaker and everyone who doesn´t accept and appreciates his talent doesn´t know shit about movies

Most of the time there is a sequel to a great movie there is a 50/50 chance of it being great or bad and we hve to wait till 2014 and 2016 but I'm interested of how the technology is gonna advance and maybe it will make the movie better who knows but there is still a 50/50 chance fingers crossed
