Awesome, she already has the art of conversation and taking turns in talking. It won't be long until she gets the words and vocabulary. She will be a very verbal and bright young lady one day! Some one has done a great job of letting her learn to talk and not talk for her.

I speak as an educator of young children, that either do not speak and just point and grunt for what they want because the adults talk for them. And yes I do believe there is an art to conversation-you need to learn to stop talking and listen to the other person and not interrupt-and this child does just that. Thank you for your input.

Conversation is pointless unless you actually communicate. It's nice that this baby is learning to talk. As in it's learning a basic activity just like walking and motor control and stuff.

"stop talking and listening" is not an "art", it's just logical. It's common sense which a lot of grownups don't seem to have.
