The song artist is Ghost_k and its called Stop Blue Mix :) also 5/5 stars and in mutliplayer there is a way to get into those doors.

haha, the majestic is at the top of centeral park, or right above it, and then just use a helicopter to fly up there, the doors are always open to get inside the suite
