  • I take ballet, but I have fat on my inner thighs :-/ I have no idea how to get rid of it, I have muscular calves and up to mid thigh I start getting inner thigh fat. I take ballet twice a week and take 4 classes, but how can I help get rid of it?

  • How much workout should you do in a day? will one of your videos take credit for a whole days workout?

  • @bebemonada It depends on your schedule and your way of life. I have a recommended schedule on my fb page, It tells you which workouts to do each day. That will give you the best results.

  • @bebemonada NO one will not, I recommend doing 3 to 5 videso a day if you do each routine once. If you do it 3x in a row you can do 2 or 3 a day.

  • @Ashriepez - Combining any kind of cardio exercise along with weight training and a good balanced diet will achieve results. 30 minutes a day for 3-5 times a week should do it.

  • Whew! These workouts both kick my butt and get me going. :) I especially appreciate the short timeframes - both for my attention span and the fact that I have a 10 month old baby and can't stand in front of the tv for an hour like I used to do prebaby. XD

  • @rayliah1 You do the plie and you slide your right leg into your left for one repetition and then slide the left to the right. So you go from bent knees to straight legs, abs in butt tight without jumping :)

  • @babydiva81 - If you are not somewhat energized after a few minutes of working out, you are either not eating enough before a workout, not getting enough protein or enough sleep, or you are not breathing properly.

  • Oooh. This is my fave! :). But the thing that I find hard in this exercise is to keep both of my arms up on both sides. The jumping is fun!

  • @janicaashleyfan Numbness????? What numbness, it is a challenging workout for your arms but they should not feel numb. Make sure your shoulders are relaxed and not hunched up by your ears :)

  • @TiffanyRotheWorkouts No, yeah there's no numbness. I just used a wrong term haha. English is not really my first language :).I think I just find it challenging and tiring to keep both of my hands on the sides but I can do it though. I'll try to relax it more. Thanks. :)

  • @polylili18 calves will reduce when your body fat comes down. Try ballerina legs to shape the muscles :)

  • I've been doing your videos for almost a week & starting to see results :) What videos are good for the inner thighs?

  • You will see results of toning and tighening within a week. I recommend the Chair Challenge, Get your Sexy back and Butt like a brazilian workouts too!! You should try to do at least 3 videos a day. The degree of your transformation depends on where you are starting from. Just focus giving 100 percent to the workouts and healthy eating and your change will be 100 percent!

  • Good workout. Although the plie in the beginning is incorrect, and when you did the jumping some girls didn't keep the feet together. Form is really important, or else you won't get the right results. I know these are just ballet-inspired, but it just bothers me lol.

  • LOL. I know some of the exercises are a little decieving :). But that is why they work. You have to keep challenging the body to get great results. Keep it up though, you will master this and be back for more :)
