Do not buy express pass. It is not worth the cost. With or without express pass you will enter at same time for all attractions at Universal Studios Florida. The Adventure Island has lot of exceptions leaving no value in express pass.

the ride is a four passenger arm that has partal scene props and parctial moving dome projectors like those seen in sorin (epcot/ disney) per ride vicicle END SPOLIER! the village is nice but crowded and photo oppurtunities are everywhere. if you like stuffed tows and owls, hogsmade is for you.

ive riden the ride and it was awsome they dont flip you upside down but you lay vertical and on your back it is also very fun to walk through the castle while waiting in the line for the ride! Also the line for butterbeer is about 90 minutes so bring some extra water #LOL

The cameraman tried to fake a 2-camera interview but failed. Other than the fact that the reporter is a bad actor, the real giveaway is at 0:40 where they flipped the shot causing the text on the board to read backwards. They forgot to shoot their 2nd guy on the opposite side of the frame.
I read that there's going to be some sort of ride and supposedly you're playing Quidditch along side holograms of Harry and Ron, then you crash into the Forbidden Forest and are attacked (or chased) by the spiders xD I think that might be the robot arm thing.
I'm so jealous of those ppl who will be able to go so often and so early...I'll be going a year after it opens...but I'm still SO Excited :D Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!1
@stads24 Lol and what kind of world would a Star Trek/ Star Wars theme create? The Harry Potter theme park would immerse you into a totally different universe, whereas I can't see Star Trek/Wars doing the same.
@lollipopyumness it's an entirely different galaxy depending what way you look at it and there are more fans for that than for Potter. However, I suppose they want to appeal to young children whose parents will take vacations and spent boat-loads of cash. It'll hopefully be good for the economy at least.
@stads24 I doubt that they have MUCH more. Harry Potter has a huge fanbase and not just in size, but in age range. Harry Potter isn't just for 'young children'. I'm not saying that it isn't the case for Trek/Wars, but in my opinion there's lots more you can explore with in HP.
@lollipopyumness I suppose there is no way to know for sure, but Star Wars and Trek combined are the largest grossing franchise of all time both in movies and merchandise... even more so than HP. But I've never read them so I can't really say much. My sister likes the books, but hates the movies.

@KairiTardisAndMe yes, well would you rather freeze your ass off in london or be able to be comfortable and ride the rides in warm weather? yes it does get REALLY hot in FL. I'm not one to pass out in heat or have it phase me much but the first time i ever went to FL I nearly passed out. but it's not boiling all the time. if you go in the winter like i did one xmas, it's GREAT weather!

@KairiTardisAndMe Its actually not that cold here. The hottest it gets is in the 90's and it can get to the 40's durring the winter. :)

ive riden the ride and it was awsome they dont flip you upside down but you lay vertical and on your back it is also very fun to walk through the castle while waiting in the line for the ride! Also the line for butterbeer is about 90 minutes so bring some extra water #LOL

damn i was there last week im from holland and i was 1 week to early damn but we have taking alot of pictures and i have seen alot between the fences there was alot of security and many people are getting sent away from the gates of harrypotterland they wanna get a good shot of the entrance we need to wait a few days now it will open on 18 june

The cameraman tried to fake a 2-camera interview but failed. Other than the fact that the reporter is a bad actor, the real giveaway is at 0:40 where they flipped the shot causing the text on the board to read backwards. They forgot to shoot their 2nd guy on the opposite side of the frame.

I read that there's going to be some sort of ride and supposedly you're playing Quidditch along side holograms of Harry and Ron, then you crash into the Forbidden Forest and are attacked (or chased) by the spiders xD I think that might be the robot arm thing.

@stads24 Lol and what kind of world would a Star Trek/ Star Wars theme create? The Harry Potter theme park would immerse you into a totally different universe, whereas I can't see Star Trek/Wars doing the same.

@lollipopyumness it's an entirely different galaxy depending what way you look at it and there are more fans for that than for Potter. However, I suppose they want to appeal to young children whose parents will take vacations and spent boat-loads of cash. It'll hopefully be good for the economy at least.

@stads24 I doubt that they have MUCH more. Harry Potter has a huge fanbase and not just in size, but in age range. Harry Potter isn't just for 'young children'. I'm not saying that it isn't the case for Trek/Wars, but in my opinion there's lots more you can explore with in HP.

@lollipopyumness I suppose there is no way to know for sure, but Star Wars and Trek combined are the largest grossing franchise of all time both in movies and merchandise... even more so than HP. But I've never read them so I can't really say much. My sister likes the books, but hates the movies.

It opens in June 18th
The dueling dragons ride is now called dragon challenge. Still the same thing. You choose the Chinese Fireball or the Hungarian Horntail.
The flying unicorn is changed to the flight of the hippogriff. Same thing basically.
And there's a new attraction I think it's called and the forbidden journey ride.
